I found that most malaysian doesn't really comprehend what is energy healing. I know this because whenever I said I would like to do energy healing, they will ask back "What is energy healing?" Or maybe just the term is quite puzzling to some people. Because I think some of you have already been doing some of the method in energy healing. Those include Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Reiki to name a few. And I'm sure you all have heard about auras and chakras. That also some of the terms in energy healing.<br /><br /> My first encounter on energy healing was when I was depressed a few years ago. I really don't know what to do. I tried to read a few motivation books and then I went to program called 'Money &amp; You'. During the program they used a few techniques. I come to realize that the techiniques they used are actually energy healing at work. This is the starting or the benchmark when I start to use energy healing. Then after that program I was exposed to few other techniques. I was exploring Silva Technique, quantum jumping but the method that make me fall in love with energy healing was EFT. It was easy to do and I can certainly feel the improvement or my problem was resolved. Then I was intoduced to a few master in this field. I was introduced to them in the internet world. The first master I met was Carol Tuttle. In her website she introduces herself as a Master Energy Therapist. This term set me searching for the real meaning of energy therapy. Then I bought a few of her products to learn more about energy healing. It was not not a short story to tell about Carol Tuttle. I will tell my experience with Carol Tuttle in a special entry.<br /><br /> After that I found out that in US there are plenty more of this so call master. The list of these masters keep getting longer and longer. I will also introduce them in their own special entry. At the moment that will be all.
